What emergency lights will you use for a power outage?

I strongly encourage the use of some type of emergency lights, ready for use and easily to locate, in the instance of a power failure. It may even be wise to keep on your mobility device like a walker or wheelchair. Battery-powered lights are always preferred to candles, due to inherent safety issues with open flames, even when small. For the motion detection light, I would prefer an enhanced model, made with user ability to adjust the length of the "on" time.
