Silicone Sheet Pan Set
video review
intro
Karen finds this silicone bakeware particularly helpful because it is light. These pans go into the oven on a baking sheet.

How long I’ve been using this product: A few weeks
How often I use this product: A couple times a week
My gut feeling: Good alternative to glass and ceramic bakeware, because it is much lighter in weight
Why did you choose this product? Traditional bakeware, which provides for even cooking/baking is made of thick, tempered glass, ceramics, or metal (like anondized steel). They all share the characteristic of being heavy. With a balance disorder, the weight of objects being lifted or carried is an important consideration.
What are its pros? This divided bakeware set is lightweight, low to high temperature range, sturdy, very easy to clean, non-stick so easy pan release, and helpful to bake multiple dishes at the same time (reduces need for long consecutive cooking time). It also gives you the ability to remove individual pans from oven as needed according to various cooking times for each dish, cook in smaller portions, and use a good alternative to large, heavy glass, ceramic or metal pans.
What are its cons? Must be supported by cookie sheet; cannot go directly onto oven rack without supporting cookie sheet; family-sized casseroles will require a separate larger pan, which is also available in silicone.

I still use and like this set. It’s easier to clean, more lightweight than glass or metal, and also cooks more evenly.
