Oooh boy, did I really want to love this one! It’s a struggle to mince food when you don’t have a ton of strength in your hands and this looked like a great solution to that. You get excited about trying all kinds of great products and sometimes you reach a stinker.
The garlic cutter is not complicated, I will give it that. You open the two compartments and load your garlic bulbs in and it’s ready to use. Great. Where I found difficulty honestly was actually using the thing. Once loaded, you have to be able to put a little bit of muscle and force into the rolling motion. It’s not enough to roll it back and forth like a toy car. What I did find a bit more effective was it worked a bit easier to roll it very rapidly. Did it work? Yes. Would I keep it as my main mincer? No, probably not.

I don’t use this anymore; it did not make it in our fire. It was fun to use.
