Product Review by Jen:

Jen, who has involuntary muscle contractions in her hands, received the Heat & Cold Therapy Gloves by Voligo (also called microwavable mittens) as a gift. The gloves, which are actually more like mitts because there are no specific finger holes, are intended to help relieve hand and finger pain, including inflammation and stiffness, and help with deep muscle relaxation. The gel packs inside these gloves can be heated up in the microwave or cooled in the freezer, depending on what type of relief you need, and the fabric of the gloves themselves is very soft.

Please note, if you have fine motor challenges or severe hand pain, removing the gel packs from the gloves and putting them back in on your own could be difficult. Jen cannot do this independently, but she still gives these gloves a great review for delivering warm relief to her hands.

Video Review:

Video: A demonstration of putting on the mitts and then removing and reinserting the gel packs. There are two gel packs in each mitt. Jen cannot independently heat the gel packs, so this demonstration was done for her by a family member.
