A person is using a large knife to chop a carrot on a cutting board. The hand that is holding the carrot (not holding the knife) has a gray and white fabric (of some type) glove on it.
The person is wearing a glove on one hand and pointing out the three reinforced fingers (thumb and first two fingers) of the glove, which are white as compared to the rest of the glove which is gray.

Product Review by Lisa: [Meet our team]

  • How long I've been using this product: Over a week
  • Why did you choose this product? To protect fingers while cutting
  • What are its pros? They are ambidextrous. They do work as advertised; the knife will not cut the glove [based on first impressions]. Lifetime warranty. Nice snug fit.
  • What are its cons? Quite expensive. Gloves could be hard for some individuals to put on.

Update:

I'm still using the finger guard, but I'm not using the cutting gloves as much. The gloves seem to be a little bit more of an effort. The finger guards are now easy to use and very helpful. The finger guard is easy to put in my kitchen drawer. I think both do the same as far as protection goes. Maybe the glove would even offer more protection depending on what you were cutting.

But I might start using the glove more because fine motion coordination is more difficult with the finger guards, and I think the glove would offer more protection in terms of dexterity and motion coordination.

Video Review:

Lisa is wearing the NoCry glove on her left hand. She uses this hand to hold the piece of food that she is cutting with a large chopping knife. First she cuts a carrot, then she cuts an apple, slicing it in half first so that she has flat sides to put on the cutting board.
