What works well:

Very good alternative to paper wiping
Should install fast, right onto the toilet
Activate bidet by turning a large knob
Can save money on toilet paper over the long run

Things to consider:

Very different prices for different features and styles of bidets; they can get very expensive.
The knob might still be hard for some to use
Installation might not be easy for everyone
Might be an adjustment period for those new to a bidet
