video review
intro
This is a more expensive weighted blanket, but having used weighted blankets for over 6 years, Rachel finds this one is worth it.

I love this weighted blanket. I have owned two separate weighted blanketed since 2016 when I started having chronic back pain. I have used a weighted blanket every night since then. I like this weighted blanket a lot more than my other one. My other one had a cover over the weighted part. This was done so the person could wash it. It was difficult to unbutton and button the weighted part for me because of my poor fine motor skills.
This one is simple, it is all in one piece. You just throw it in the washer on the cold delicate cycle and in the dryer on tumble low. Also this one is not fleeced so I’m not burning up during the Atlanta summer. I’ve owned this weighted blanketed for three months. This weighted blanket is better than other brands of weighted blankets because it requires no fine motor skills to wash.
A weighted blanket could be helpful to anyone with back pain, anxiety, or sleep issues. This weighted blanket is available in a variety of colors. The only downside of this product is it is more expensive than others. Your weighted blanket should be 10% of your body weight. If your weight is the middle of two weight sizes, go to the smaller weight.
review update
I still use and like this weighted blanket.
