I have been using the cheese slicer for a few weeks. I used it a couple times a week for the holiday season. As cheese slicers go, I’m sure I could definitely get a cheaper one or more poorly made one, but I like how well this one was made. My last slicer had a plastic handle which came apart. This one is extremely sturdy.
This is definitely a product I’m going to keep in my appliance drawer because anytime I need to slice cheese I know this will be handy. It might not be a good option for everyone, depending on their fine motor skills or other disabilities. I use it because I do not have difficulty holding this product. I do not want to use a knife because the best way to slice cheese is by using a cheese slicer. It slices cheese better and reduces the chance of being cut completely.
Pros: Thick metal; well made; less risk of getting cut
Cons: Handle could be easier to hold; might need assistance adjusting the knobs on the sides to get your desired thickness of cheese slice
When you are having company and you want nicely sliced cheese to offer to your guests I would definitely recommend this one.

I still use the product, and yes it still cuts like butter. It’s awesome, I love it. It is very handy and durable. I foresee being able to use it for a long time. There is nothing I think I could add; it’s still the same as when I reviewed it originally.
