Cell Phone Grip Strap
video review
intro
Sometimes the reality of online shopping is that it’s “more for less”. In this case, you can buy a pack of 6 straps but not a single strap from this particular seller. In this case, it might be worth it, because our reviewer found that while the strap worked well, it did wear out over time, with the small button attachment eventually slipping out of the hole.

I drop my phone a lot. No matter how careful I am, it seems my movements are just too jerky sometimes. When I got my new phone, I went on Amazon to look for something that might help me hold onto it. My friend had one of those Pop Sockets, the one where you hold it with a few fingers. I did not feel like I could hold onto that enough.
It took a while, but I finally found the Weewooday 6-piece phone grip holder strap. This strap sticks on the back of your smartphone or tablet, as long as the devices are 4-8 inches long. I have had my strap on my phone since February 2022 (6+ months), and it is still holding very well. You separate the two straps. The top strap is going to be stiff at first, so slide it back and forth a few times. You can then insert 2 fingers and hang on to your device that way. The product even comes with a nifty little kickstand to hold your phone up [may or may not be included!]. All in all, the phone grip holder works wonderfully for what I need!
Additional note about holding your phone in a landscape / horizontal position: I put two fingers into the holder when it is in portrait mode, then rotate my hand 90°. It is an awkward angle but that is how you use landscape. I actually just found that if you can put your thumb and one other finger down below, it helps anchor your phone. If you have a hard time holding the phone, you can even pull the two straps apart (like I have it in one of my pictures) and then just set it down on whatever surface you’re using. See photos for examples.
review update
Update 1: I use it every day. It works like I just put on yesterday! The fastener comes undone every once in a while, but it can hooked back together easily.
The strap that I had on my phone finally broke. It worked fine until now. I’ve been trying to snap it back together, but it jsut comes apart again. This is also why they probably come in a pack of several.
I don’t still use it anymore; I found something that I feel helps more. I stopped liking it, because with my hands, I would still drop the phone. Also, the finger strap will become unbuttoned after a while.
